At FlumLome™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at flumpywork@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–010 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at flumpywork@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
